As another year zipped right past us, another First Night Austin celebration greeted this wonderful city of ours. One of the only few First Nights around the globe that is still FREE to attend. I’m so glad and very fortunate to be the official Photographer for this gigantic event. This years theme was illumination. Beautiful colors displayed all throughout the festival, including the awesome parade that makes its way through downtown via Congress Avenue. Below are some of my favorite images from that special day. A special thanks to Anne Marie for coming out to help me shoot this event.
